How much paperwork does a seller have to deal with?

Before shares are listed on the Secondary Market, a seller is required to confirm they agree to a simple seller agreement and a transfer agreement. Once the transfer agreement is countersigned by the buyer, the seller will be required to release this transfer agreement in order to complete the transfer of shares.
