A regular Republic Europe campaign is where an investor can purchase shares directly from a company. The company receives the money and issues new shares in the company to the investor.

The Republic Europe Secondary Market is where an investor can purchase shares in a company from an existing shareholder. The seller of those shares receives the money and there are no new shares issued by the company.
