Once we sell out of an initial allocation of shares (this is typically the full allocation of the first seller, as long as the allocation is worth over £150k) we will begin working with the issuing Company on transferring the shares from the seller to the buyers, which we will hold through the Republic Europe nominee.
A secondary transaction takes around 4-6 weeks to complete from the time we close the offering and stop taking further investment to share ownership being transferred.
