Who is my secondary investment paid to?

You are purchasing shares from an existing investor, not the issuing company.

Your investment funds will be paid to the seller(s), not the company. As a result, the number of shares offered has nothing to do with the business nor its plans for growth and should not be interpreted in that way.

We will only transfer funds to sellers upon completion of the share transfer, with all funds held by Seedrs in its segregated client money bank account until then. In the unlikely event that a transaction isn’t able to complete, your investment funds, inclusive of any Seedrs fees (but exclusive of any bank fees already paid) will be fully refunded to your Seedrs Investment Account.
