In most cases, we do not facilitate direct investments through Secondary Share Sales. Since companies are more likely to accept one entry onto their cap table rather than several new investors, using the Seedrs nominee structure improves the chances of the Company approving the investment.

There may be occasional private transactions that we facilitate on an ad-hoc basis for larger transactions.
