Sellers need to provide any shareholder documentation they have such as a share certificate.

Companies will need to provide Seedrs with their shareholder documents (including shareholder and subscription agreements). Companies will also need to provide us with a digital record of their cap table and options schemes through our partner Capdesk. These are all held internally and not distributed to the public.

Companies will also be required to produce a publicly facing offering document based on Seedrs secondary pitch page templates. You can see an example of one here.
