Will the issuing Company know about my sale?

The Company will know that we’re hoping to transact from the beginning of the process. Your identity will only be revealed once we have sufficient investor demand to allow the transaction to be completed. We must inform the Company so as to ensure that the transaction is in accordance with its share transfer policies. Notification in advance mitigates the risk that the transaction will not be recognised by the Company, and rejected.
