Will I receive a share certificate for Secondary Market purchases?

No. Currently we do not issue new share certificates for purchases made through the Secondary Market. When the share lot purchase is complete both parties will receive a signed copy of the Transfer of Beneficial Ownership agreement, which is sufficient paperwork to prove that the buyer owns the share lot.
