Accepted payment options to deposit funds to your account and/or pay an investment

Live campaign investments

Debit card

  • Visa or Mastercard

Investing in early stage businesses is generally a long-term investment involving risks, including loss of capital. Although credit cards can be a useful way to borrow in the short term, you should only use credit to pay for your investment if you can afford to repay this debt without relying on a return from your investment.

Note: Republic Europe uses a third-party payment provider - Stripe - to process payments and deposit using Bank cards. Cards issued in some countries may not be supported.

Available funds in your Republic Europe Investment Account 

  • Choose Investment Account as the payment method during check out. You can only pay with Investment Account if you have available funds in your balance.

Bank transfer

  • To pay by Bank transfer, simply choose this option at checkout. Once your investment has been confirmed, follow the instruction details provided to execute the funds transfer. You can read more about Bank transfer deposits below. 


Secondary Market purchases

Debit card

Credit card (EU/EEA-issued).

  • Visa or Mastercard

  • Maximum of £/€1,000 

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept UK-issued credit cards to make Secondary Market purchases.

Investment Account

  • Choose Investment Account as the payment method during check out. You can only pay with Investment Account if you have available funds in your balance. 


Deposit funds into your Republic Europe Investment Account

Debit card

  • Visa or Mastercard

  • Maximum of £/€ 25,000

Credit card (EU/EEA/UK-issued)

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards to deposit funds into your Republic Europe Investment Account.

Bank transfer

You can choose to make a deposit via Bank transfer using either Sort Code & Account Number or IBAN & SWIFT/BIC - just select the preferred option and click Generate Reference to reveal the details.

Follow the instructions, use the details provided to create your Bank transfer intent. Click Confirm Deposit to confirm that you have instructed your deposit order on your Homebanking or Banking App. Ensure that you add your account unique deposit reference on the transfer description / narrative to facilitate allocation.

Transferred funds will only display in your Investment Account once they have been received and allocated – you’ll receive a notification when this has happened.


Republic Europe doesn’t charge you fees for payment or deposit processing. However, you are responsible for any Bank transfer charges on your side to ensure that the full intended amount reaches your Republic Europe account.
